According to a press report, the designer outlet center (DOZ) in Zweibrücken might soon receive a new owner. Kenmore, the British owners group which has been strongly impacted by the financial crisis, is probably going to sell the DOZ to Neinver, the daily newspaper “Pfälzischer Merkur” reported. In circles close to the market, the transaction is thought to be not improbable. Joachim Will, the manager of Ecostra GmbH based in Wiesbaden, says that Neinver is currently speeding up its expansion in Germany and is intensifying its search for a location.
