Global surfing brand Rip Curl will open its first UK outlet store this month at Land Securities’ £200m Gunwharf Quays development at Portsmouth Harbour.

Rip Curl, which has five stores in the UK, has taken 1,624 sq ft for the outlet. Head Retail and Twentyretail are joint letting agents for Gunwharf Quays.
