This follows stores at other leading designer outlet centres McArthurGlen Cheshire Oaks, McArthurGlen Swindon and Freeport Braintree Outlet Shopping Village secured by Stephen Kane & Company on behalf of Tula.

At the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Village in Ashford, Tula has taken a new 10 year lease on Unit 29, which is located at the heart of the centre. The company is paying an annual rent of £40,920 per annum or 10.5% of gross turnover for the 1,364 sq ft (126.71 sq m) unit.
