Poundland has taken a 10-year lease on 10,765 sq ft at 31/32 West Street, in Horsham, from Mothercare UK for £150,000 a year.

Parkridge and LaSalle Investment Management have submitted a planning application to Brighton and Hove City Council for a £100m mixed-use redevelopment of Sackville Trading Estate.
The proposed scheme will include a retail food outlet, a public square, underground car parking, shopping outlets, 180 flats and office space.
The site, which is owned by Coal Pension Properties, presently features a mix of retail, trade counter and light industrial uses.
