The outlet St. Helena has extended the official opening date twice, because construction was not complete.
The second Outlet Sveta Helena (which is not from from Zagreb) opened its doors today. However, the new large Outlet was not spared of problems and delays in its official opening, just like the Roses Outlet, which only managed to start working after many problems on their second attempt.
The outlet sv. Helena has extended the official opening date twice, because construction was not complete, and the report says that they “do not want to hurry anywhere in order to be maximally prepared for buyers when we open, in order to offer them full content”.
The investor is the Israeli company Prigan Holding, and the total investment is worth 45 million euros. The Outlet centre “Sveta Helena” is being built in two phases, according to which the opening relates to the first phase, which will have 12,500 square meters of sales space, of which 70% will be available to the buyers on the first day, whilst the other brands will open somewhat later. The second phase with a similar amount of stores and accompanying contents will be built and opened during the next few years.
