Spanish NEINVER, one of the leading European developer, will open in September its FACTORY Poznan Centre. It will be the first outlet shopping center in Wielkopolska region. 5 September 2007 the first in Wielkopolska region outlet shopping centre will be opened. Centre outlet FACTORY Poznan is localized in Lubon near Poznan where there will be a structure with 9,700 sqm of GLA with 80 stores. FACTORY Poznan offers brand clothes of the highest quality resulted from season’s surpluses, stocks and product samples with the 30% to 70% discount. It is the third in Poland- after Warsaw and Wroclaw - investment of Spanish developer NEINVER of this type, thus far. The conception of the shopping outlet centers is very popular in Poland.
