Richard Schöberl, 32 has been appointed as new Commercial Manager for Inter IKEA Centre Switzerland and Austria.

In this position he is responsible for all leasing activities of the Austrian and Swiss Shopping Centers of the Inter IKEA Centre Group (IICG). Prior to this position he was authorized representative at the Credo Gmbh and was in charge of the development and leasing of power and shopping centers in Eastern Europe.

Inter IKEA Centre Group is owned by the IKEA Group and Inter IKEA Group. IICG manages over 800.000 m2 of retail space in 8 countries with IKEA as anchor tenant. This area will double over the next few years as we have now established daughter companies in Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Italy and China.
