Nike and Diesel have signed at Land Securities’ Galleria shopping centre in Hatfield.
Nike has taken 4,900 sq ft at the 320,000 sq ft mixed-use outlet scheme and will open by easter 2008.
DSL, selling fashion label Diesel, has signed up for a 2,107 sq ft store on the upper level of the outlet scheme close to Amanda Wakeley.
Land Securities has signed 14 new units to the scheme since April last year including DSL selling Diesel, Calvin Klein Underwear, Gant, Le Creuset and Chili’s Bar & Grill.
Enviable tenant mix
Phil Cottingham, portfolio director at Land Securities said, ‘Nike is a great brand to add to our enviable tenant mix. Our five year strategy for improvement has created huge interest amongst retailers, restaurant and bar offerings and as a result, the galleria is well on its way to becoming a first class mixed-use destination.’
Brian Oakwell & Co, twentyretail and Head Retail are joint letting agents for the retail.
The outlet has more than 90 top designer outlets already trading at the galleria including brands such as Amanda Wakeley, Austin Reed, Ghost, Liz Claiborne and Marks & Spencer.
