Kenny (36), from Edinburgh, has been with the McArthurGlen group for seven years working as retail manager for its centres in Ashford, Livingston and Berlin.

This is his first centre manager role within the company and he’s relishing the opportunity to work with the brands and centre team to offer the best shopping experience in the Midlands.

Kenny said: “I started my retail career at the age of 16 and immediately loved the fast-paced nature of the industry. I actually found out I’d got my first job with McArthurGlen while I was stood outside the information centre at East Midlands, so it seems fitting that I’m now back at the outlet to take on my first centre management role.

“The outlet has changed so much in the last few years with the introduction of fantastic new brands and the redevelopment of the foodcourt and now I want to use my experience to build on the outlet’s existing offer and attract new customers to the centre.”
