ROM have been granted planning consent for a new cinema at Clacton Factory Outlet. The 6 screen multiplex which is already prelet will be located alongside a number of restaurants. Work will start in 2011.

FSP assisted town planners RPS with the planning application by undertaking a household survey to identify usage of existing cinemas outside the district and consumer response towards the proposed new facility
