Neinver, a Spanish investment firm, is planning to commence two development projects in Poland in 2010. The two-storey Futura Park Krakow will consist of a retail park with 20,000 m² of leasable area, and the Factory Krakow outlet centre will also take up 20,000 m². A car park will have space for 1,400 vehicles. The project is thought to be worth €35m, and the complex is due to be completed in 2011. In Warsaw, the company will set up the Factory Annopol complex with 14,000 m² of leasable area. The mall will house 90 stores and service points and will open in 2011. The car park will have 800 spaces. The project is worth €76m.
