"Pimkie, and its affiliated brand Xanaka, have agreed a pre-letting at the Budapest Factory Outlet Centre, the joint venture retail development scheme between Miller Developments and Raiffeisen Ingatalan in Hungary.

The French fashion retailer, specialising in young women’s fashion, will be taking Unit 25, comprising 171.42 sq m (1,845 sq ft). The unit is situated close to Mexx, the London-based fashion trader, and Sarar.

Nagy Zsolt, commercial representative of Pimkie Hungary, comments: " Pimkie and Xanaka are brands well known for producing young women’s fashion at reasonable prices worldwide. The Budapest Outlet Center is a perfect site for the introduction of this French brand into Eastern European, with customers being attracted by the discounted prices and presence of major international brands."

The Budapest Factory Outlet Center, which is situated at the junction of the M1 and M0 motorways to the west of Budapest, Hungary, is due for completion in October and has already secured high-profile tenants such as Nike, Fila, Calvin Klein, Mexx, Levis Dockers and Pepe Jeans.
