" Nike has agreed a pre-letting at the Budapest Factory Outlet Center, the joint venture retail development scheme between Miller Developments and Raiffeisen Ingatalan in Hungary.
The international sports brand will be taking Unit 19, comprising 7,532 sq ft (700 sq m) on a 10-year lease at circa £100,000 pa.
Robert van den Heuvel, senior real estate manager at Nike, comments: "We are really excited about this project, this is our third factory outlet store in Eastern Europe and our first in Hungary. The centre has attracted quality tenants in the challenging Hungarian market; it is now up to the customer to make this a real success".
The Budapest Factory Outlet Center, which is situated at the junction of the M1 and M0 motorways to the west of Budapest, Hungary, is on schedule for completion in October and has already secured more than 20 high-profile tenants such as Adidas, Fila, Pepe Jeans, Mexx, Levis Dockers, Vans and Mustang.
GVA Grimley Outlet Services, a division of the international property adviser GVA Grimley specialising in the establishment and operation of outlet centres, is advising Miller / Raiffeisen Ingatlan."
