" Miller Developments has signed a joint partnership with Danish developer TK Developments to build a factory outlet centre in Ringsted, Denmark.

The 19-acre (7.5-hectare) site is located approximately 45 minutes from Copenhagen and will provide 125,000 sq ft (11,650 sq m) of high-quality retail space.

The new development follows the success of Miller’s Premier Outlet Center scheme in Budapest, Hungary, which was opened to the public in November.

The primary planning consents have already been obtained by the joint venture partnership and construction work is due to commence in November 2005. The scheme is expected to be complete and open for trading in October 2006.
