Mondovicino Shopping and Leisure is going to be enriched by a new reality: on the 16th of April the Outlet Village will be opened, and it will become part of the shopping center at the gates of Mondovì, located at the exit of the tollbooth of the Turin-Savona motorway (15 tollbooths with a subway leading directly to the Village) where, during the last months, have been opened a hypermarket, a shopping center, the first Retail Park and the Power station, one of the petrol stations in the North-West with the lower prices.

Mondovicino Shopping and Leisure is going to be enriched by a new reality: on the 16th of April the Outlet Village will be opened, and it will become part of the shopping center at the gates of Mondovì, located at the exit of the tollbooth of the Turin-Savona motorway (15 tollbooths with a subway leading directly to the Village) where, during the last months, have been opened a hypermarket, a shopping center, the first Retail Park and the Power station, one of the petrol stations in the North-West with the lower prices. On 16 April the first phase Mondovicino Outlet Village, is going to be inaugurated with about sixty stores divided among man, woman and children wears, underwear, sportswear, shoe-shops, accessories and furnishings, with discounts from 30 to 70%, other than restaurants and bars – located in the east area of the Village. The whole Outlet, with the opening of the subsequent phases, will occupy a total of 26.500 m² of GLA.

"The architecture of Mondovicino Outlet Village reproposes the architectonic feature of the old Piedmont farms," explains Mr. Gigi Gelmetti, in charge of the commercial development. "Thanks to the opening of the Outlet Village also the parking area is going to be completed reaching a total of almost 4700 places free of charge, among which more than 1300 underground. At the same time (of the Mondovicino Outlet Village opening), also a first part of spaces dedicated to leisure is going to be opened. In particular, on one of the terraces on the first floor the customers will have at their disposal a nine-hole mini-golf course on synthetic grass."

To celebrate at the best the opening of Mondovicino Outlet Village, the owner’s Association of the Village facilities, has organized two weeks of entertainment and shows. Beginning from 16 April buskers, jugglers, acrobats and TV characters, family entertainment stars, will enjoy all the customers visiting the village. Finally, walking inside the Shopping Centre, everybody will be able to see – only for a few days – the plastic model of Mondovicino Outlet Village and, filling in a special form, leave their personal data to receive the latest news of the next months.
