ING has opened over 10,000 sq ft of new retail space at Dalton Park, the north-east’s biggest outlet centre, over the past six weeks. Positioned to draw on Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough, Dalton park has over 50 stores, cafes and restaurants and 1200 free parking spaces.
Sportswear brands Nike and Fila are opening new stores in April. They join existing top sports brands Adidas, Reebok, Quiksilver and Lillywhites to make Dalton Park the largest sportswear retail outlet in the north-east.
Since its opening, Dalton Park has also targeted top fashion and homeware brands and the centre saw three openings in March when Cadbury ; Professional Cookware and women’s fashion brand Alexara set up shop.
Dalton Park is owned by ING Real Estate Development UK and managed by Pantheon Retail. Leasing is managed by Head Retail.
