"ING Real Estate Investment Management (ING Reim) has acquired, on behalf of its Retail Property Fund France Belgium, the 24,039 m² GLA (in 33,000 m²) and 1,400 parking spaces of Marques Avenue Troyes (Aube) for a total of 75 M€. The three buildings acquired by ING Real Estate include 96 shops. In this operation, the GZH notarial practice advised ING Real Estate Investment Management. For his part, the seller, an Anglo-Saxon fund was advised by the Allez& Associés office, Jones Day and Société Générale. Financing of the operation, itself, was provided by BNP Paribas, advised by Gide Loyrette Nouel, the Lebouf, Lamb & Mac Rae LLP practice advised ING Reim on its side."
