Hochtief Polska has been commissioned by Neinver Polska to build the Futura Park complex in Modlniczka near Kraków.

The scope of the work contracted includes a two-storey building of an area exceeding 49,000 sqm and a 1,400 space car park. The new building is the Futura commercial park, which will provide space for small and medium-sized shops and a factory outlet centre. The construction works will commence in June 2010 and are planned to be finished in August 2011.

Neinver Polska’s project is yet another commercial property development order acquired by Hochtief this year. In February the Warsaw Branch started building Morski Park Handlowy in Gdańsk. Neither is it the first Neinver project carried out in co-operation with Hochtief. Previously, the investor chose the Poznań Branch of the company to build Galeria Malta, a commercial and entertainment centre in Poznań, which was commissioned in March 2009.
