" Miller Developments and Raiffeisen Ingatlan have secured a pre-letting with Pepe Jeans at the Budapest Outlet Center, their joint venture development in Hungary.

The London-based clothing brand will be taking Unit 3, comprising 182.8 sq m (1,968 sq ft). The store is situated in a prominent position close to the Adidas anchor store.

Nish Soneji, chief operations officer for Pepe Jeans Europe, says: "We feel that the Budapest Outlet Center will provide the quality and professional operation services that guarantees success for brands in the factory outlet industry. This will be Pepe Jeans’ twenty second factory outlet store in Europe."

The Budapest Factory Outlet Center, which is situated at the junction of the M1 and M0 motorways to the west of Budapest, Hungary, is on schedule for completion in October and has already secured more than 20 high-profile tenants such as Nike, Adidas, Fila, Calvin Klein, Mexx, Levis Dockers, Vans and Mustang.
