The European Factory Outlet Observatory led an economic survey with Factory Outlet Centres’ directions in France, Belgium and the Netherlands on January 2010 to collect their balance sheet for 2009. This synthesis brings to light the major trends of the centres’ activity during this past year, with regards to the year 2008. In an economic context marked by the crisis, it seems that the majority of the Factory Outlet Centres had a good activity.
