SLOVAKIA Senec Real, part of IPEC Group, is to develop the Fashion Outlet & Business Centrum in Senec in south-eastern Slovakia. The scheme is to be the first retail development under the outlet format in Slovakia. The centre, which is planned to be built in five phases, is to have app. 35,000 sqm gla and will cost around EUR 14 mln.
