  • Eastern Europe -1st half-year 2009 and forecasts for the second one
    Abstract: The European Factory Outlet Centres Observatory led on July 2009 an economic survey with the Factory Outlet Centres’ managers in Eastern Europe (Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Croatia, Bulgaria, Rumania and Hungary) to collect their balance sheet of the 1st half- year 2009. This synthesis brings to light the big tendencies of the centres’ activity during this period, in particular with regard to the 2nd half-year 2008. In an unfavourable cyclical context, the majority of the Factory Outlet Centres in Eastern Europe has a good activity.
