Land Securities has secured two new tenants at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth

High-end apparel company Lacoste has exchanged contracts with owned Land Securities for a 10-year lease on 1,687sq ft, and will be joining the existing tenant line up in September.

And vintage fabric specialist Cath Kidston has agreed a 10-year lease on 2,097 sq ft and will be increasing the homeware offering in January 2011.

Deepan Khiroya, retail portfolio director for Land Securities said: “Gunwharf Quays continues to offer desirable high end brands and the addition of Lacoste and Cath Kitson provides another dimension to our eclectic mix of clothing and homewares stores. I am positive that the outlet market will continue to thrive and Gunwharf Quays will maintain a strong retail and leisure offering.”

Land Securities was advised by specialist retail lettings agencies twentyretail and Head Retail.
