The Kriz Outlet Village will be located near Zagreb, in the area known as the Zagreb Ring - one of Croatia’s most important economic areas. 100 shops will be opened on a 22,600 m² site, 50 of which in the first phase, and will offer a wide range of branded products which will meet the purchasing needs of over 2.5 million inhabitants, plus over 3 million tourists.

Thanks to its geographical location at the crossroads of the country’s main motorways (A1, A2, A3, A4) and the trans-European corridors, the outlet centre will become the key focus for those who love shopping. It will also enjoy cosmopolitan tourism thanks to the exclusive clientele of the Orient Express, the famous train running from Paris to Istanbul through Zagreb, and its closeness to Velika Gorica international airport.

The Outlet Village is due to open in November 2008.
