The investment firm AIB, which belongs to Fundusz Polonia Property Fund II Limited, has completed the extension of a Fashion House Outlet Centre in Sosnowiec. The centre has been enlarged by 5,500 m² to around 23,000 m² in total. At present the complex in Sosnowiec is the second largest outlet centre, after Fashion House Piaseczno, in Poland. The investment cost of the entire centre is thought to be €35m. The investor is also working on the expansion of its Fashion House outlet centre in Gdansk. The complex will be extended by 10,000 m², and construction work should be completed in November 2009.
